Stay Cool with Professional Air Conditioning Installation

I got a whole new "pancake style" (above ceiling) HVAC system installed that works great! The techs were courteous and professional. They corrected some previous problems above the ceiling so that my HVAC unit will drain better and work more efficiently.

My A/C quit working late on a Sunday night. Monday morning I called and within three hours a technician had come out, assessed the problem, contacted the manufacturer to see if the part was under warranty, ordered the part, had it delivered, installed, and the A/C up and running. Now that's what I call fast service! Marcos explained everything and took time to make sure I understood at each step. Thank you for your wonderful service. P.S. This was my first time using this company and I am so glad that I did. I will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend them.

Wow, we have a state of the art Direct Current versus Alternate Current system. Quiet and efficient. Vincent and Anthony were true professionals from start to finish, and in the heat not just inside but outdoors! Great professionals and great workers. Anthony brought along landscaping rock to surround the smaller system. Above and beyond from both of them!

Excellent company! Josh and his crew were able to install our new air handler and condenser all in one day. Excellent workmanship! They showed up on time, got the work done efficiently, and were careful about protecting other areas of our property. Everybody at Total Air was friendly and easy to deal with. Update: Four months in, my new Ruud condenser started making noise. TotalAir was there the next day. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Klajdi installed the new fan motor and all appears good.

An excellent experience. Casey, Anthony and Isaiah were very respectful, skilled and knowledgeable. They worked hard and got the job done, a long day for them but they were all just as cheerful at the end as they were when they started. Thank you guys. We would not hesitate to recommend you 100%.

Dan did a great job, he showed me the issue in the unit and explained the issue to me in layman’s terms, and fixed the problem quickly. He was nice to my dog, always a plus. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy services I couldn’t afford (I’m a single woman and at this point am used to getting ripped off by mechanics etc) and I can’t say that about the last company I dealt with. I will definitely go with Total Air again. Also props to the front office lady I think her name was Sheri? Got me scheduled quickly and she was a pleasure to speak with.

Highly recommend. They came out on a Saturday with super short notice. Called them at 9 and they had my A/C back up by noon. After explaining to them I had Newborn twins, they understood my urgency. The technician Arionna was excellent and informative. I signed up for the annual membership considering the 20% discount is a pretty good deal and finding a company that makes you feel like a priority is rare.
